What Are HMO’s?

With House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) investments you invest in a property or properties with a view to letting them out to multiple tenants. HMOs are any properties occupied by five or more people, forming two or more separate households and require a HMO license which is issued following inspection and approval of the property by the relevant Local Authority.
